With over 30 years of experience in supply chain management and leadership development, Francisco D’Angelo has established a strong reputation for guiding organizations through complex challenges. His career includes extensive roles in logistics, manufacturing, procurement and operations, working with leading global companies to enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency.
Francisco has led and executed global growth strategies for leading organizations, spearheading business transformations and coaching individuals and teams to enhanced operational efficiencies across the Americas. He has a keen understanding of how to adapt industry best practices to fit the specific needs of his clients.
A seasoned leadership coach, Francisco excels in the ability to facilitate meaningful change. Francisco’s multiregional expertise helps businesses create double-digit sales growth, long-term success and sustainability.
Based in Miami, Francisco has served as CEO and board member of Yobel Supply Chain Management and currently is CEO of Sitka Semsch.
Meet Barry Elliott
With over 40 years in manufacturing and distribution across North America and Asia, Barry Elliott brings a wealth of experience to leadership coaching and development. His career spans a decade in management and more than 30 years as a consultant, working with global firms and boutique consultancies.
Barry’s vast industry expertise covers supply chain dynamics from integrated business planning (IBP) to procurement to warehouse management to continuous process improvement. He understands when to implement universal best practices and when a client requires a uniquely tailored approach.
A master at facilitating organizational change, Barry has been leveraging his training to focus teams and align them with strategic objectives, ensuring lasting transformation. Barry moves clients from “I might do it.” to “I want to do it”.
Based in Thailand, Barry has been a critical player in the Asia Pacific region, with stints in Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Scott Saunders is a certified coach who focuses on leadership and personal development. Scott has orchestrated and implemented integrated supply chain transformations for multinational organizations, including HAVI, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Roche and Moen.
Scott is an expert at leading change management in complex environments and helping executive teams fully understand and leverage their end-consumer behaviors. Scott has created highly attuned, analytics-driven value chains that have doubled profits and consistently exceeded revenue and profit targets. Scott helps companies and teams of all sizes implement technology to drive sustainable growth, developing passionate influential leaders and high performing teams to lead resilient, thriving companies. Scott advises and serves several nonprofits.
Meet Thomas Wiedmann
With over 20 years of experience, Thomas Wiedmann specializes in leadership coaching, team development and change management. His expertise extends to helping organizations navigate complex transformations, focusing on guiding teams to align with strategic objectives while fostering lasting change.
Thomas combines his strong background in logistics and supply chain management and consulting with his MBA in Business Coaching and Change Management, allowing him to support customers in both technical execution and leadership development.
His customer portfolio includes global companies such as Philips Healthcare, Siemens Postal, Parcel and Airport Logistics, Nuremberg Exhibition Company and Seeberger. He has successfully led projects in areas like digitization, S&OP, master data management/configuration and IT solutions.
Based in Germany, Thomas combines his knowledge and experience in coaching, business development, logistics and supply chain to drive performance and ensure teams are equipped for sustainable success.
