With over 30 years of experience in supply chain management and leadership development, Francisco D’Angelo is a distinguished business coach specializing in guiding CEOs and presidents through complex organizational challenges. His extensive career spans logistics, manufacturing, procurement and operations, where he has worked with leading global companies to enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency while incorporating Organizational Development frameworks.

Francisco has successfully led and executed global growth strategies, spearheading transformative initiatives that empower individuals and teams to achieve operational excellence across the Americas. He expertly integrates business coaching methodologies with Organizational Development principles, tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each client. With over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution across North America and Asia, Barry Elliott is a seasoned professional with expertise and experience in Organizational Development, including Change Management and coaching.  His extensive career spans a decade in management and over 30 years as a consultant, where he has partnered with both global firms and boutique consultancies to enhance Organizational Development and drive impactful business transformations.

 Barry’s industry expertise encompasses the full spectrum of supply chain dynamics, from integrated business planning (IBP) and procurement to warehouse management to continuous process improvement. He adeptly identifies when to apply universal best practices or when a tailored approach is necessary, ensuring solutions that resonate with his clients’ unique organizational needs.

 As a master facilitator of organizational change, Barry leverages proven coaching frameworks to align teams with strategic objectives and foster commitment to transformation. He excels at moving clients from “I might do it” to “I want to do it,” effectively guiding them through technical and strategic meetings to drive engagement and performance.

 Currently based in the ASEAN region, Barry has played an instrumental role across the Asia Pacific region, with extensive experience in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Shanghai and Hong Kong continuing to empower leaders and organizations to thrive in a dynamic business landscape.

With over 14 years of experience as a Workforce Innovation Leader, Agnes expertly aligns organizational strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and motivation, while championing long-term development programs. Her visionary leadership has reshaped the workforce landscape across Canadian and US organizations, fostering diversity and growth through the implementation of modern people practices.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Agnes combines her expertise in business strategy and operations with a passion for mentoring and thought leadership. She is also the Founder and President of the national initiative NextGen Women and a sought-after speaker at North American trade shows, industry association AGMs, and global conferences, addressing the pressing challenges of organizational change management. With over 20 years of experience, Thomas Wiedmann specializes in leadership coaching, Organizational Development and Change Management. Thomas combines his strong background in logistics and supply chain management and consulting with his MBA in Business Coaching and Change Management, allowing him to support customers in both technical execution and leadership development.

His customer portfolio includes global companies such as Philips Healthcare, Siemens Postal, Parcel and Airport Logistics, Nuremberg Exhibition Company and Seeberger. He has successfully led projects in areas like digitization, S&OP, master data management/configuration and IT solutions.
